About the Shop

Three years ago, core72 was invited to be part of the redevelopment of this historic two block commercial corridor in Cathedral Heights. We jumped at the opportunity.

We have always had a soft spot for this neighborhood.  Childhood memories included G.C. Murphy's and Sullivan's Toy Store, while high school nights found us having too good a time at the Zebra Room.  As we entered adulthood, we got our caffeine fix at the very first Starbucks on the East Coast just up the street.  And it’s hard to imagine there was ever a time when Two Amy’s and Cactus Cantina weren’t part of our dinner routine.

Core72 is excited to witness and be part of the resurgence of this area, with terrific new restaurants, fitness studios, and fellow retailers moving in to complement those who made this their home for decades -- and created memories for us that will last forever.
